Hello parents, due to the cancellation of schools for the remainder of the school year, distant learning is now being implemented to provide students with continuous, online instruction.  To assist students with this new learning, Riverbend Elementary will be issuing chromebooks at the school site on Monday (4/20) and Tuesday (4/21) from 12pm-3pm.  Only 1 chromebook per household. Students will be able to complete online instruction, such as iReady and other assignments provided to them.  Students who complete the iReady lessons will be given bonus points that will be added to their 3^rd nine week grades.  Final grades for the remainder of the year will be an average of the first three nine weeks.  To view the assignments, please click on the “Daily Schedule” tab.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  You can click on the “Teacher’s Profile” tab to view my contact information.  Parents, my goal is to monitor students progress online and to keep in touch with you through phone calls and text messages.  I thank you for your patience and support as we adjust to this new normal!  I truly love and miss my students and I will continue to pray that you and your family stay safe!!
